DUI or DWI by Minor, Open Container, etc. while under the age of 21.
The registration for this class must be approved by the court prior to enrollment. Enrollment must be completed by
attending both first and second sessions. ALL 6 hours of attendance in one scheduled class AND, a passing grade
upon the comprehensive exam is required in order to receive a completion certificate for the court.
This course may also be approved by your insurance agent as a course to earn a 5% discount on insurance policies.
A completion certificate for your insurance agent may also be provided. Check first with your agent for approval.
The additional certificate will be a cost of $25.00.
This is NOT the course for Adult violations
under the DWI charge requirements.

| UPCOMING CLASSES SCHEDULED: May 3 & May 4, 2019; 6-9pm *All other date needs may be able to be scheduled into the DADAP Teen Driver Ed classes. *Registration must be completed 1 day prior to the first class day by 5pm in order to attend any full course of dates! **All Attendees are required a 10 minute exit interview scheduled following the last hour of class on the final classroom day in order to receive their completion certificate. |
| ALL parts of the registration (forms and tests) must be completed IN PERSON 1 day prior to the class start day or your registration will not be accepted. |
